Equipment Warranty Time

For the main frame structures, our warranty time is at least 1-3 years. There is no warranty for high consumption accessories like balls, mats, ties, PVC sponge pipe, electric air compressor etc. Usually, we will have certain amounts of spare parts shipped together with the playground to the customers. If any parts get damaged or failed, customers can replace the faulty parts with the spare service parts.
