Why is the quality of playground equipment so important?

The answer is quite simple. Children’s safety is the most important for any business. This is even a top priority in an indoor playground business. To ensure safety, high quality playground equipment would help greatly in reducing the maintenance cost and ensuring the long-term profitability.

We sell only safe, durable and well-designed indoor playgrounds. While different accessories have different grades for material appearance. So here below showed different kind of materials between Indoor Playgrounds kiddietree’s play equipment.

1.Steel Pipes

The steel pipes have sizes for 1.2mm,1.5mm to 2mm,2.5mm or 3mm thick. For 1.2mm and 1.5mm thickness, its only used for two levels with light soft play. Pls don’t worry its safety or robustness. That’s thickness is enough for one or two levels. For higher levels, then use 2mm,3mm or thicker. These specifications will be required by different demands and budgets from customers. But the only standard quality is all of them are hot-dip galvanized steel pipes where the whole pipe is immersed in a bath of molten zinc, thus both the inside and outside of the pipes are protected from rusting for many years. In comparison, some companies might use a cheaper process such as “electroplated coatings”, such steel is not real galvanized steel and easily rusted for corrosion resistance.

2.Clamps

There are two types of clamps. One is made of galvanized steel, welded by automatic welding robots and are then powder-coated to add a thick and durable layer of protection to prevent from rusting. Usually in black color with thicker pipes. The other is silver gray color usually for two or three levels. Both of these clamps are stronger and more durable.

3.Safety Netting

Our safety fire-resistant anti climb netting is used with high-strength nylon rope machine-woven, high strength and good safety performance. It will be used on the first level and whole periphery of our playgrounds to prevent children from climbing on the outside of the structure.

4.Zip Ties

The zip ties are used to tie the foam pipes to the steel pipes are made of high-quality plastic. Its flexible and tough for being tighter or looser. We use generously more zip ties to tie the foams onto the steel pipes. The space between the zip ties can be adjustable from is 5″ to 10″.

5.Foam PVC Covering Pipes

Our foam pipe covers are around 1.6cm wall thickness with the inner diameter of the pipes being 55cm. If you have big demand of it, then can be customized too. The PVC vinyl has a pure and bright color and is also UV-resistant making sure the pipes stay flexible and durable even when exposed in sunlight. Besides it is UV-resistant for not causing the colors to fade and the PVC vinyl itself to become fragile over time.

6.Footings/Foot Plate

There are two types footings for indoor playground. One is vertical steel pipes coming with a strong cast-iron footing, which are bolted to concrete flooring to hold the pipes in a stable position. For another choice, it might be installed in a plastic footing to sit on the floor for one or two levels. Safety is no problem for both choices.

7.Soft Platform/Deck Boards

Our deck boards are completely wrapped in foam and covered with the PVC or PU tarpaulin on the front, thus making sure the deck boards are soft on crossing side. Then being affixed with powder coated brackets and screws. This will provide the best protection and care for the children. On the bottom of the platform, can put foam also. Usually instead of PVC or PU tarpaulin for good looking.

8.PVC/PU Wrappings

The PVC/PU tarpaulin are used to wrap up the soft play equipment with high quality density. PVC tarpaulin can withstand many years of intense wear. On the contrary, PU tarpaulin is easy for wear and tear but maintaining its soft touch. So, each has its own advantages, and customers can choose which material to use. Besides, with one of the widest range of colors available, we are able to make a big range of colorful playgrounds that will appeal to many different customers.

9.Digital Spray Painting

Our digital spraying painting prints are coated in a UV-resistant protective film, which will prevent the prints from fading and to protect them from being scratched and worn by children. Our themed elements are created by a graphic designer and are printed in high resolution formats, thus displaying in clear seeing. The 3D windows and decorations are 3D in both the renderings and the real products as well. It can be some soft padded boards, customer logo patterns, themed entrance, themed windows decoration boards or any else.

10.Rainbow Bridges and Horn Slides

Usually, the height standard of our rainbow bridges and slides is 1.4m high. It can be customized for different features you want (within safety standard). With the availability of the widest range of colors of PVC/PU tarpaulin, we can create very colorful bridges and slides that can appear them brightly.

For horn slide, it’s made of fiberglass material. Size can be customized for different lengths and diameters. Also, the light strip has a wide range too. So colorful. Now is popular in playground field.

11.Fiberglass Wave Slides

The wave slide is one of the most attractive and exciting play equipment in the indoor playgrounds which will attract both children and parents. It can be customized with any size and meet all the safety standards.

The fiberglass wave slide is made of colored gel which is abrasion-resistant and highly durable for keeping a brightly colored and glossy surface even after many years of usage. Usually, it is built with railings on the sides to keep the children safe on their own slide chutes. Then the sides of the slide structure will be enclosed by safety net with small mesh to prevent children’s fingers from getting caught in the
netting and also to prevent the kids from climbing up the slide. When you slide to the bottom, there will be a soft cushion mat.

12.Ball Pool Pits

The ball pool pits are made of PU/PVC Tarpaulin with multiple bright and fun colors. Its height can be 50,60,80,100cm or more. We place stairs at the entry area from outside and exit area from inside of the ball pool pit. This will make it easier the kids to enter in and exit out of the ball pool. To match to ball pool, can put some electric ball shooting machines.

13.Ball Blaster Shooting Air Cannon

Interactive ball play products are firm favorite indoor playground feature amongst children. Whether this is a full ball play zone with a selection of interactive products such as ball cannons and tipper toppers or a single item such as a ball juggler to complement a ball pool, you can be sure that we can provide a suitable solution for your indoor playground.

Our ball cannon has been designed for different colors and types. Utter surface is covered with soft material. Electric part is operated by a timer box activated by the touch switch handle. So that all the working parts are neatly enclosed within the main body of the unit. Foam balls are fed continuously through the plastic inlet. Aim the cannon in any direction using the disc handle/switch.

14.Sand Pit Pool

Filled with swings, slides, and climbing nets, ball pool, playgrounds can be found easily and they offer exhilarating thrills for kiddos of all ages. But indoor sand playgrounds are becoming less common to find, with many being replaced by water playgrounds to cool kids down from the heat. 15.Climb Ramps and Stairs

Our climbing ramps and stairs have many different shapes and patterns. Inside it, there will be a layer of high-density EVA foam similar to the materials used in making our EVA floor mats. This layer of high-density EVA foam will enable the ramps and stairs to withstand the treading’s of the kids. The area on the bottom side of the ramp will be surrounded by safety netting to prevent children’s access, but there will be a service entrance for the staff for maintenance purposes.

16.Webbing Deck and Webbing Bridges

Our webbing net is made of tightly knitted nylon. Children will step on it, jump on it, climb on it, thus the webbing decks and bridges have to be strong enough to bear the weight of children. The stitching of the webbing is double stitched on all the joints with very strong nylon threads to ensure the webbing will stay strong for years to come.

17.Webbing Crawl Tunnels

The webbing crawl tunnels can be customized with different shapes and colors. Its material is same as webbing deck and webbing bridges. For such standard webbed crawl tunnels, we also have many other varieties that can add more excitement to the playground.

18.Foam Cube Pit

The foam is made from different density: 28/32/58.There have two types. One is used for single play in trampoline park and ninja warrior area. The other is used for indoor playground material processing. What we use is high density to make the paddings for all our soft play equipment thus our soft play equipment is capable of maintaining its shape for years under constant play.

19.Punch Bags

Our punch bags are fully stuffed with foam and wrapped with our strong PVC/PU tarpaulin making it bouncy and giving the punch bags a plump look. They are attached to the structure using a tight webbing which is very reliable and durable and also gives the ability to allow full range of rotation. It’s strengthened to extend the playability easily.

20.Spiky Rollers and Spiky Balls

Our rollers and balls are stuffed with foam while the spikes are stuffed with high quality synthetic cotton used in stuffing plush toys. The middle column is made of galvanized steel. Its patterns and colors are in wide range for choice. We will not use scraps or saw dusts to stuff the rollers. So quality is on supervision.

21.Volcano Slides

The volcano’s inner frame is made of heavy-gauge steel columns and pipes, and its surface skin is made of super-strong PVC tarpaulin, which creates a unique bouncy and cushiony experience when climbing on it. Furthermore, it can be integrated with other play equipment such as indoor play structures and trampoline parks, to add more playability and fun factor. The customer can choose from our various pre-designed colors and themes, or we can custom design a new theme to be blended in your overall design of the park. Besides, Volcano slide is a large fun eye-catching play item. 22.Single Plank Bridge

Our webbing is easier to detached and reinstalled by the owners for maintenance and cleaning purposes. The sides of our single plank bridges are made of webbing with safety holes. To keep safety, the mesh size needs to be smaller as it can be. As the large mesh sizes poses a danger to children and is not in compliant with the safety standards set for indoor playgrounds.

23.Spider Climb Tower

Our spider climbing tower uses strong elastic belts that are upholstered in PVC tarpaulin that children will climb through to get to the next level. These belts are &eye-catching exciting climbing equipment in indoor playgrounds. It can be customized with different models and levels for updated improving and renovating. Besides, the spider climb tower can be combined with a trampoline below and includes color changing LED lights with popular words in it.

24.Plastic Tubes & Spiral Tube Slides

Our plastic tube and spiral tube are made of LLDPE pure material (Heavy duty pigmented rotomolded shatter-proof compounded resin). They are more
resistant to impact, abrasion, and aging. The finished product also looks glossier and smoother, and does not induce static. Among it, such slides used in the crawling tubes and spiral tubes may have a clear window covered by plexiglass lens which are made of the same materials used in manufacturing bullet-proof windows. This will enable parents to see into these transparent crawling tubes to keep an eye on their children. With the years of experience in manufacturing and installing indoor playgrounds, we are able to design and build tube and spiral slides that are optimized to ensure a smooth sliding experience for the children. In compliance with the safety standards, the landing exit area of the slides are surrounded by safety netting to prevent collision accidents between the children who are exiting the slides and the other children.

Our commercial-grade trampolines are built with strong metal structures and specially strengthened metal components such as the tailor-made springs. These structure and components will ensure that the trampoline will be sturdy and durable. The trampoline cloth used in our trampolines is thick and made of high-quality fabric that is made specifically for trampolines. Nylon webbing is stitched on all sides of the trampoline cloth using strong nylon threads to ensure the durability of our trampoline cloths. It’s matched with indoor soft play well for kids play.

27.Flooring EVA Foam Mat

Our interlocking foam mats are commercial-grade. Size for 100*100*2CM thickness or 2.5CM thickness is widely used for indoor playground.One type is environmental non-flame-retardant material for common use. Another is made of high-density anti-fatigue flame-retardant EVA that will stay in shape even after years of intense usage in commercial playgrounds. For the toddler area, customer can have demand for soft play mats usually used instead of EVA mats. Our soft play mats are similar to the deck boards used on our play structure only softer. The soft play mats have a plywood base and the foam used is the 45D high-density soft foam and completely upholstered with our high-quality PVC vinyl. The high-density foam will maintain its shape after years of usage and will provide better protection to the smaller children.
