Of course you can. We are in Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang China. Once you have visit plan, please contact us ahead of time. We are pleasure to arrange the pick-up, hotel booking and so on. Welcome to visit us anytime you like!

3.What make Kiddietree playground different from other suppliers?

As a factory, we hope to have customers who pay more attention to quality rather than just focusing on price. So, at the beginning, we hope to know more details of the needs of customers before taking the next step. After the entire requirements and budget are determined, we will customize the design that suits your site. Then we will make a quotation and make contract. Totally, we will spend more time on producing, to select stronger, safety and comfortable material.

4.Can I only buy some spare parts from you?

Yes, of course. We can sell our spare parts separately, to see how many you want of it for quantity.

5.May I know your payment of terms?

Our payment term is 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment. Or balance against copy of BL.

6.Is it difficult to install? Do you have installation manual? What’s the cost to arrange your workers coming our country for installation?

The pipe installation manual will be sent after the Indoor Playground is produce completed. Other accessories we will send pictures and videos. So, you can do installation by our guidance. But if playground is much bigger, we strongly suggest we arrange workers to install it. Usually, the salary will be $120 per day for 8 hours working. The detail of other whole installation cost will be stated clearly in our sales contract.
